Since 2008 La Guía has specialized in the production and multiplication of hybrid seeds of corn, sunflower, sorghum and rapeseed under pivot irrigation. We also multiply seeds of self-pollinated species such as wheat, barley and soybean.
We are currently adding the production of forage crops such as ryegrass, orchardgrass and clover. We have the experience and capacity to produce seed with the adequate alternation and crop rotation required.

In areas of the field that are not systematized with irrigation equipment, traditional commodity crops are grown: bread wheat, durum wheat, barley, sunflower, soybeans and corn.

The crops are rotated based on environmental parameters, seeking productive, ecological and economic sustainability.

We currently have 23 central pivot irrigation systems covering 2300 hectares out of the 4000 hectares under exploitation, this represents 58% of the surface.
We have loam and clay loam soils without restrictions due to rough soil (calcium carbonate). It is an area with large water reserves available for irrigation and authorized for this purpose by the corresponding authority.
